In Summit County, we have seen prices continue to increase since the dip last summer.

Even though mortgage rates are taming buyer demand, the number of new listings hitting the market are near the lowest level they’ve been in the last 5 years.

While things may not be moving as fast as they did during the COVID years, there is still pressure on prices due to the low supply.

In Denver, we’re seeing similar trends. The median sales price is continuing to rise after a dip last summer.

The new listings hitting the market are the lowest we’ve seen in 5 years.  Again, the low supply is keeping the prices rising.
