Pregnancy led me to the idea of getting my real estate license, and then the second round I decided to flip a house in Denver during a pandemic. Hormones made me crazy, but I’ve learned a lot along the way.

Over my real estate journey, I’ve taken risks and learned some hard lessons from buying rentals, screening tenants, setting short term rental prices, and purchasing a house to flip. I bring both rewarding and challenging lessons learned to my clients who are considering real estate investments.
